
By default, we send you two lead delivery summary emails, one every day and one every week. We find that the majority of our customers value these detailed reports on a weekly basis so that they can keep track of their leads.
If you’re happy with the daily reports and don’t need the weekly ones, though – or you don’t buy many leads per day but still like receiving a weekly report – we offer you the ability to customise your email preferences through the ‘Update Account’ page on the Customer Admin area.
You can also choose to receive ‘missed leads’ notifications when your account is inactive – helping you not to miss out on potential leads because your account is off live. Along with this, we’ll send you a notification when your account balance is running low, so you won’t miss out on leads by forgetting to ‘top up’ your account.
