We’ve been promoting our new feedback tools heavily to both companies and homeowners alike these last few weeks, but even we weren’t prepared for one particular homeowner’s feedback that was left over the weekend.

If that feedback was left for you, then you should be logging in and Showcasing your feedback straightaway.
We’ll continue to remind homeowners to leave their feedback before, during and after the works been completed. Who knows, perhaps we’ll be highlighting a comment left for you next time?
It’s really easy to ‘Showcase’ any of your desired homeowner feedbacks – Login to your Customer Admin Area and under Feedback > View feedback, search using the date range settings. You’ll see that you can view all the feedback that’s been left you by homeowners. Click Showcase to select a particular feedback for showcasing.
You can showcase as many as you like and they’ll appear at the top of your homeowner profile page, when homeowners login to see who we’ve passed their details to.
We’ve always known that our leads are the best value, qualified sales leads available but even we have to admit that 9 jobs from one lead, costing just £23, is a bargain!
