Axe the fax – Customer Service Update

From the end of February, Price Engines will no longer be acting on quality control investigation requests which we receive by fax. If you wish to report a lead for investigation, you should do so using the Quality Control page in your customer admin area.

We are making this change because since the introduction of our online Customer Admin Area we hardly receive any fax requests at all. The processing of faxed requests is also more time consuming and less accurate than using the Customer Admin Area.

We will still be delivering leads to you by fax, if this one of your preferred methods.
