Tip: Don’t delay, call the homeowner straightaway.
Wednesday, October 12th, 2011Very often, companies receiving our qualified sales leads will see in the notes a ‘preferred call time’ to call the homeowner.
This is in answer to the question asked by our call-centre (here in Derby) “What’s the best time for the companies to get hold of you?”
Note the ‘best time’ bit.
The moment you receive a lead, despite the notes, it’s always best to try and get hold of the homeowner straightaway. After all, we’ve just literally hung up the phone with them. They may well say to call back when it’s convenient to them, but at least you’ve made contact with them.
You may decide to wait until the indicated hour… but will your competitors?
