Another NEW feature for you – the ability to add partial postcodes by selecting a mileage radius. We’ve just added this amazing new ’select areas’ tool which can be accessed via your Customer Admin Area.

Login to your Customer Admin Area and under Account Details > Select Areas >, you’ll see the new area selection option on the right-hand side.

Simply type in the first part of your preferred postcode e.g DE24, and select your radius from the drop-down menu.

We’ll display all the partial postcode areas within your radius. If you want to add these to your areas covered, simply click on ‘Confirm’. Want to try another postcode? Choose ‘Change’ and search again.

You can still continue to add additional postcodes / partial postcodes using the ‘drag n drop’ feature as before.

Selecting your coverage area by radius is easy – login to your Customer Admin Area now and update your areas today.

For a while we’ve not been happy with the area selector – not least because ’someone’ put loads of the postcode areas in the wrong places and it was hard to find them.

It was also hard to visualise which were your adjacent areas.
